Global sustainability disclosures: ISSB update

Responding to the demand for transparent financial-related sustainability disclosures by companies, the IFRS Foundation announced the creation of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) at COP26 in November of 2021. (The ISSB is a consolidation of the IFRS Foundation, the Climate Disclosure Standards Board (CDSB) and the Value Reporting Foundation (VRF)).
